Recently, a video showing a bunch of Catholic school girls bullying and slapping their helpless schoolmate went viral on social media.
According to reports, jealousy was the main reason why the female bully repeatedly slapped her schoolmate. Many Netizens who saw the video gave their sympathy towards the young victim.
Meanwhile, the victim’s mother, who is currently working abroad, has already called out Sacred Heart College in order to take action on the incident.
Some of Tasha's relatives who are also abroad gave an update about the girl's situation.
In the 6-minute clip by her aunt, she said that it hurts them so much to see their niece being hurt by other people. She mentioned that what they really want is justice for her traumatized niece.
Tasha, the girl who was slapped in the viral video was afraid to go back to school and wanted to go to her mother in Abu Dhabi.
At the moment, the girl stays with her grandmother.
She thanked all the people who supported them and their niece.
“Salamat sa mga tao na walang sawang shine-share yung videos. Ayaw sana namin kaso support na rin ‘to. Ito lang magagawa namin kasi malayo kami.
Sana nakita niyo ginawa sa pamangkin ko. Unforgivable! Sana mabigyan talaga ng justice yung pamangkin ko kasi yun lang ang aim namin. Hindi namin gustong sumikat sa ganitong paraan lang. Gusto lang namin mabigyan siya ng justice kasi minor siya at di niya deserve yung nangyayari ngayon. Pero salamat sa overwhelming support.”
According to Tasha's aunt's best friend who considers them as his family, they went home from work because they can't concentrate after watching the video.
He gave a message for the bully and he also mentioned that they are starting a GoFundMe campaign online in order to raise come cash, so that the bullied girl will come to Abu Dhabi to see her mom.
