A couple named Lilia Ramos and Rogelio went to Raffy Tulfo's "Itimbre mo kay Tulfo" to seek help after their cellphone, a Vivo Y53 worth Php 6,000 has been robbed inside a Short Time motel room in Kawit, Cavite.
Tulfo then interviewed them to know some angles on how their phone was stolen.
The couple said that when they woke up, their cellphone was gone. They also said that they paid Php 130 for the 3 hours stay at the motel and were given P500 by the management so that they won't complain.
As Mr. Tulfo was reporting about that incident, he can't control his laugh as he said :
"Imbes na maiyak sa saya ng labing labing nila ay napaiyak sila matapos manakawan."
Tulfo couldn't stop laughing as he talk to Susan Zapanta, Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) Chief in Kawit, Cavite stated the said motel will be order closed for there is no BPLO permit.
Ate the end of the video, Tulfo gave them P6,000 to the couple as a gift and greeted them "Belated Valentines".
