Coco Martin shares his experience on working with Maine Mendoza

Maine Mendoza is probably one of the high spirited stars you could ever meet. Since she started to appear on Television many of her fans become loyal to her. Despite controversies and issues she faced, she remained confident to herself. And although she is considered successful, she remained humble.

One person who could witness how great Maine’s personality is Coco Martin.

Despite having different networks it never became a hindrance for Coco Martin and Maine Mendoza to work together. They were given an opportunity to work for their 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, Jak Em Poy: The Puliscredibles, where they also worked with Bossing Vic Sotto.

“Hindi ko ini-expect na sobrang bait ni Bossing. Si Maine naman, parang hindi namin first time magkatrabaho. Family. Napakabait nila, napakasarap kasama. Natutuwa ako, kasi winelcome nila ako,” he said, quote from ABS-CBN.

Is Coco willing to visit the GMA-7 yard to promote their movie?

“Wala namang kumpetisyon. Tanggalin na natin sa isip ‘yan. Dapat both parties, lahat ng gumagawa ng pelikula, nagtutulung-tulong para pasayahin lahat ng tao sa Pasko.”

“Alam naman natin ang hirap na pinagdadaanan ng Pilipino ngayon, iyon na lang ‘yung ni-lu-look forward nila. Minsan nga ang Pilipino, nanonood na lang ng pelikula, isang beses na lang sa isang taon. Sana itong Pasko, lahat ng pelikulang Pilipino, panoorin. Iyon ‘yung time para mag-reunion, mag-bonding ang pamilya, at mapasaya sila.”
