When a couple decided to separate, their child will be the most affected by the situation. The child would have two houses and single parents in each home just because the child's parents have already separated. But whoever gets the custody after the separation, should not deprive the other one to see their child.
However, there are some people who are too selfish to deprive their ex-partner of seeing their child. Just like what happened to the viral video, a woman who just wanted to see her child who stays at her ex-husband's house.
Facebook page "Tiin Tiin" posted a footage that shows a woman was seen entering a gate to meet her son. Yet, the boy's grandfather began screaming in different language.
A man, who was the father of the the boy, forcefully took the child from his ex-partner.
The father of her ex-husband started attacking her and screaming at her as if she has no right to see her child.
None of us knows the complete details about the said video. We have no idea where it took place and why the family deprives the woman of her rights to see her son, but one thing’s for sure, she doesn’t deserve the kind of treatment that they gave her.
In the Philippines, we have a law that says if a child is not over seven years old then the custody goes to the mother, no questions asked.
